Hello, I’m Chris.

Coaching high-potential leaders and senior executives matters to me because I’ve made the journey myself. From emerging leader to the C-suite to entrepreneurship.

After 30 years in corporate leadership and leading through multiple mergers and acquisitions, I understand change at every level. Organizational. Professional. Personal. 

Here’s what I know. There are many people trying to grow and adapt without losing themselves in the process. Most experienced leaders know how to move through change. What they often lack is a place to sort out what it means for them and what they want to do in response.
