Personal Coaching

Invest In Yourself.

When you’re ready for things to feel different.

You know something needs to change. Every day begins with a promise to make different decisions, but life—or hesitation—keeps getting in the way.

I’ve coached teams, executives, founders, and leaders through moments just like this for more than 30 years.

The good news is you don’t need to have it all figured out. Coaching helps unpack what’s happening (and what’s not) in a safe and confidential space. A place to talk honestly, think more clearly, and decide how to move forward.

You just need to start.

It may be time to engage a coach if:

Feeling Stuck

  • You stay because the known feels safer than the unknown.

  • You wait, telling yourself things will get better.

  • You revisit old goals and see they haven’t changed.

  • You sense there’s more, but you can’t name it.

Career Tension

  • You think about leaving your job at least once a day.

  • You scroll job postings “just to see what’s out there.”

  • You daydream more than you like to admit.

Leadership Weight

  • You lead others but feel alone.

  • You’re an entrepreneur, yet doubt keeps creeping in.

  • You envy those who take the risk and earn the reward.

  • You’re pulled in 10 directions, and none feels right.

Sound familiar? Let’s talk.

Here’s how it works.

Questions We Hear Often

  • Coaching is focused on the future. Therapy is about healing and typically focused on the past. Mentorship is about someone giving advice based on lived experiences.

  • Sessions are structured but conversational. You bring the topic. Based on your agenda, we ask questions and may point out patterns you might not notice on your own. Together, we sort through what’s going on so you can make clearer decisions. Most clients leave with action steps to take before the next session.

  • There are many reasons, but here are the top three: It’s confidential. It helps you slow down and think without all the pressure. Lastly, there is a clear structure to help you work towards making the changes you want.

  • Only you can answer this question and candidly, it’s based on fit. The conversation should never feel forced; it should feel supportive and natural for you. Talk with a few coaches. Check for proper coaching certifications. Ask about their style. Trust your instinct. Do you feel comfortable enough to be honest - even vulnerable - with this coach? You will know.
